Diane Spence was born to Dora Lee Blackmon and John Spence, both of whom preceded her in death. She was baptized at a young age and joined Bethel Baptist Church, where she was a member of the usher board, clerk announcer, and a Sunday School teacher. Diane attended Vashon High School and graduated with class of'67. Later in life, she worked for Lutheran Medical Center for 30 plus years.
She was known for always being on time, reading books, watching her black and white films, eating Magnum ice cream bars, having a Diane(thin) slice of cake, and spending time with her loving family and speaking the good Lord's words.
Diane departed this life on Friday, April 9, 2021. She will never be forgotten and will be truly missed.
Diane leaves behind: her only sister, Vickie Dickerson (Kenneth Sr); four nieces, Zina, Theresa, Julie/Nikki (Melvin),and Hazel; one nephew, Kenneth Jr.; five great-nieces, Patricia, Renesha (Anton Sr.), Tyree, Zhanesha, and Kyla;two great-great-nephews, Tyles, Harlem, Severyn, Anton Jr., Bronx,and Kaiden; and a host of cousins and friends.
